RE: BLM fire restrictions read if you are going to the desert

This sucks!! BLM Fire restrictions WHATT The #@#@###??? How are we gonna enjoy the our desert with no camp fires.Gotta go look @ my BLM Map again.............. looks like you've just gotta get a permit, not a big deal, download the sheet, sign it, fax it, they'll fax it back with a signature. it just says you'll keep a shovel and a couple of gallons of water handy, and that you'll put your fire out at night. we get 'em when we camp at kennedy meadows. take a bucket from home depot with you, fill it with your grey water, and you're good to go! not a big deal. and remember, only YOU can prevent forest fires!!!

RE: Honda CRF450X or Yamaha WR450F

Have you looked at the Husabergs? FE570, fuel injected, dual sport, awesome power! They are part of KTM, so a lot of similarities. Have had mine over a year now, no problems, and has just been a great bike!!!

RE: Registration

Hey, I've got those "permanent trailer" plates on my WW. Bought it out of state last year, had to drag it to the DMV for inspection, those were just the plates they gave me? Lucky I guess......

RE: Has anyone felt guilty with owning a nice toyhauler?

I figure i've put in my time. Slept on chairs, in the back of trucks, in tents, no shower for days, dug the "poo" hole, cooked off the coleman, and been bitten by every bug there is. Guilty? NO! Comfy? OH YEAH!!!

RE: A Good Quality Grill

http://i939.photobucket.com/albums/ad235/Rerunn_2010/5-2011Cinco%20weekend%20Camping%20trip/IMG_0966.jpg width=640 I have a Q220 that is sitting in my shed. Burned great initially but could not take the beating that this Camp chef expedition 2x has. IMO, this camp chef has served our family well. Brooks So tell me more about the Camp Chef, is yours a 3-burner or 2-burner & I'm assuming that the grill is seperate correct?? I've borrowed a buddy of mines Camp Chef 2-burner for cooking spaghetti & it worked awesome, I think his was the 60,000 btu. How does the grill top work on those?? We have the "Pro 90 3 burner w/ 2 burner grill box. I love this stove! Works great, plenty of different accessories, folds up, and fits nicely into storage. Installed a LP quick disconnect to my existing gas line, so i don't have to lug around another LP tank. Totally the way to go! My buddy has the Expedition 3 burner w/ griddle. I don't think you'd be disappointed!
