New Lasagna Question

Thanks for everyones advice to bake then freeze my lasagna. It works well for me. I am making a portobello lasagna with basil cream to take to a friend. I will be making it the day before serving. I'm restocking my recently defrosted freezer. I want to do single servings of lasagna. Should I bake it first , then cut into servings for the freezer? or make into small foil containers?
