well the 2 month update the cpap masks just dont cut it have went threw 5 different full face yes i got more sleep but found out it was because of a med change...i pick up a nasal type on monday with the srap to help keep my mouth closed..according to the 3 different doctors i talked to is im in the 10 percent group that get clastropbic from mask..im not giveing up on this there are several more treatments that can be done but i am going to exaust every type of cpap mask first

well the new mask works so good to the point i get such a hard sleep now that i wake up after 3 hours wide awake..now what do i do

well bypassed the dr and went straight to the cpap suplier and they fitted me with a different mask...it felt totaly different than the first one not as big and sits different on my face...will update over next couple days

well i cant do it unless im sleeping in my recliner and hell if im going to sleep the rest of my life in a recliner...
im going to call the Dr in morning to see what other ideas he has...
i slept better before i tried this..tonight for example i was starting to fall asleep watching tv so i got up went to bedroom put the mask on layed down could not get in a good postion and 10 min later im wide awake that was 2 hrs ago i hate this need to get resolved fast

oh im going to give it a go i have a severe case of sleep apnea..the real problem i have is i sleep on my side huging a pilow that i have from a surgery years ago (cut from center of chest to spine) but cant break the habbit of the hugging pillow it was my best friend for a looooong time...my setting for air is at 14 and heat setting for the water is at 3 witch i think is to warm..if i cant get anywere with it by monday i will get a hold of Dr and supplier to see about other mask options

getting use to cpap mask
how long did it take you to get use to the full mask i just picked it up yesterday and had a real hard time going to sleep it left a clostrophobic feeling and even after falling a sleep i was waking up at least every hour to hour and a half..it has the button that you push that increases the air flow as you go so even at start when it is like breathing normal it realy bothers me

well i just orderd a prescription from them here in the stated normaly 174.00 a month there sending it to me for 35.00 inc shipping will let you know what happenswhen i get it
