Northern Lite Camper
We are thinking of selling our 2002 Northern Lite Truck Camper and see a broad range of pricing for units for sale. Can anyone offer an opinion on what the fair market value is or a method to determine it?
The unit is the 9.6 Classic with a six inch basement and east/west bed. It is in good condition, and has been stored inside every winter since we purchased it new. Additionally, for many years, it has been stored inside during the summer when we were using our 5th wheel. The bathroom has never been used except for storage.
Appreciate your help or suggestions.

RE: So who’s in the snowbird class of 2011/12?
This is our second year. Last time, we roamed the southwest, staying in Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico before it was all said and done. This year, we will head for Texas around first of November. We plan on a leisurely route through the Mississippi/Tunica casino region and coastal Louisiana on the way. In Texas, will to check out the hills, coast and rgv. I figure we end up in Mission/McAllen. Safe travels all!
