Not sure that it applies to your problem but, you are correct in recalling a connection with the fluorescent ballasts and the air conditioners in some Monaco coaches.
A fellow rv'er chased that connection for a couple of weeks before narrowing it down to the ballasts.

Vigin Mobile[Sprint] in Raysville Ga.
I'd like to use a Virgin Mobile device to connect my computer at the Raysville campground. Apparently, the network that Virgin uses is Sprint, in that area.
So has anyone used Virgin or Sprint in that area---their map looks like there is no service but, there are sections of Spint that are close.
