RE: New Ultra Lite BH shopping

Rockwood Mini Lite 2306 is a possibility. Triple bunks and a queen bed. Cozy. :) Another vote! Sure would be cozy, but each girl having their OWN bed would be worth it. Love, love, love our Rockwood! Apples to oranges because of the new unibody design, but our '06 Explorer towed our old Jayco 23B like a dream.

RE: Bar Harbor Rv Park - Maryland

Not to rain on a possible parade, but knowing the area (I worked very close) they couldn't pay ME to stay there. $50 a night for the area is nuts...unless you like the adult video shops, tattoo parlors and ugly strip malls that line Rt. 40. And I've heard from several that the seasonals are...oh forget it, no PC way to say it. It wasn't a pleasant experience is what I've heard. But hey...some may love it! A little way up the road is Elk Neck State Park...they have a full hook loop as well as plenty of electric only spots. GREAT place!!!! The crab-house in town (North East) is delish, the hike to the lighthouse (with a picnic lunch) is not to be missed.

RE: Campgrounds in Adirondacks

A vote for the Lake Placid (Whiteface) KOA. Stayed for a week last year and it was a dream...just perfect. Gorgeous campground under a canopy of trees. We adored it...and my newly 4 year old still brings up his gondola ride up Whiteface once a week...stuff memories are made of. I adore everything ADKs as I spent my childhood in a tiny hamlet outside Lake Placid and still consider it "home". Have Fun!!!!!!!!!!

RE: My Next Trailer...

A roomy rear bathroom and a walk around bed... On a pristine, uninhabited waterfront with beautiful snow capped mountains in the background... And a well stocked wine cellar... YES PLEASE to everything but the rear/roomy bath. But especially the walk-around bed and the wine!!!
