RE: What Credit Card do you use?
We use a Chase Southwest Visa Card for both personal and business expenses. The card has been hassle-free and we earn Southwest Airline Points and an Annual Companion Pass where Barbara flies free with me.
You can't beat flying free anywhere that Southwest can take you.

RE: Amex, underhanded dealings
AMEX was my card of choice until their rewards programs eliminated Southest Airline as a partner. I have had an American Express Card since 1976 and have never had a moments problem with them.
I currently use a Chase Southwest Visa to earn my Southwest Airline Points and annual Companion Pass for Barbara. You can't beat flying for free!

RE: My first seat belt violation ticket.
My younger brother, who was about 55 at the time, was killed several years ago as he was ejected through the sunroof of his SUV and run over by it when it flipped on an up-ramp. The accident would be have totally survivable had he been wearing his seatbelt.
Sure it was his choice; but, what he left behind was a grieving wife, a beautiful daughter, a great son-in-law, two grandchildren, brothers, a sister and countless others who still miss him terribly. Not a family event takes place without a tear or two.
If you're too stupid to wear a seatbelt for yourself....wear it for them!
If you ride in my car...you wear a seatbelt!

This is one of mine from the early 1950's.
I'm the one with my eyes rolled back in my head and my tongue sticking out...and, my younger brother is picking his nose! :)
