RE: Where are all the young(er) TT/RV camping lovers?

We are 34 and 37 and we have kids, pets and a travel trailer. We chose to park it with other kids, pets and people our age at a seasonal site. We have sports on the weekends and DH works so we wanted to use our trailer as much as possible and that means moving it as infrequently as possible. That said our side has people from all walks of life. That said when the kids are bigger/grown then maybe we would get a motor home and then it would be more cost effective to travel. In addition we would have more time to hit the road. Maybe other people your age are also working? cant go far with 2 days off and it really is not worth it to do a quick turnaround tow. It was 360.00 in gas for 3 hour trip with headwinds (each way) last time we did it.

RE: You MIGHT be an RV'r if . . .

If the only Lucille Ball movie you can recall is "The Long Long Trailer"... you might be an RVer.
When you can IDENTIFY yourself with Lucy in "The Long Long Trailer" than you're an RV'r.
I've had my mother on trips, and she's hidden rocks for example. :B
If you never heard of the above movie before this post and yet searched for it on TV as fast as your little fingers could fly because it had the word TRAILER in the title and was on RV.net :)
