If you are cooking the whole breast without butterflying it, it takes a long time for the middle to get done. Then the rest will be overcooked. The secret is to butterfly the breast, pound it down a bit if necessary to shape it into an even thickness. Then do not overcook it. Take it off when the juices are still a bit pink and it will continue to cook once you take it off the grill. I like to marinate them in lime juice or Italian dressing for 15 or 20 minutes first. Tender and juicy every time, but it takes practice. Typical cooking time is 5-6 minutes total, give or take a minute depending on how hot your grill is. Made them last night for fajitas - perfect, tender and juicy.

Dog treats are a rarity for our two dogs. My wife trains agility dogs and deals with some of the top breeders in the U.S.. Her breeder doesn't recommend treats for her dogs, and ours always seem to get by fine without them. Never any health problems to speak of. Her vet really doesn't care for treats either. Good quality dog food twice a day is what they eat. No rawhide bones, either.

RE: Sell or trade in a boat, best way?
I have sold a couple of boats, 2 jet skis, several trucks, one piece of real estate, and other stuff on Craig's List and never had much of a problem at all. A couple of years ago I sold a two year old pontoon boat on CL and got $2500 more than the dealer offered in trade. Sold it to the first family that looked at it and it was no trouble at all. It was kept in a slip at the local marina. Guess I'm just lucky?

In my area - home to probably more gun shows than almost any other area of the U.S., the big dealers can get really competitive when it comes to selling guns at or near their cost. I've bought several guns at gun shows and have visited the same dealer's store afterwards to find out their prices are typically higher in the store.

RE: Carroll Shelby Cobra creator passes.
One of my heroes. My son has owned two Shelby Cobra Mustangs and even named his cat Shelby. His dream is to one day build a Cobra kit car modeled after the original. I thought he was gonna cry when I told him.
I remember driving by his facility in McKinney Texas a number of times when they would always have a GT350 parked out front. Made a pretty good batch of chili, too.
