RE: Pulling boat behind fifth wheel?

I have an Alpenlite 34RL fifth wheel that already has a hitch receiver on it, it looks like it was put on by trailer manufacturer, I was wondering if I can pull a small boat that weighs under 1000 lbs. including trailer. Thanks Sure!

RE: street motorcycle hauling

I use Harbor Freight wheel chocks. Instead of bolting it to th floor, I strap it down with ratchet straps like I use on the 4 corners of the bike using the same eye hooks in the floor. I also use rubber entry mats under the chock to protect the floor. 2nd that! RE: What would yall recommend?

You'll be fine it's going to work that trany and you won't be hauling butt up hills but it will work. I not the trailer police but I do belong to a number of off road groups and a lot of them have 1/2 trucks. But keep in mind a lot of them have gone to the bigger trucks to so the don't worry about what their towing behind them any more.

RE: Adding 2nd battery question and battery monitor

If your going to go with your deep cycle marine battery make sure you buy the same exact same battery. As for as a battery monitor I just go get one of these and save a few bucks:http://www.walmart.com/ip/Equus-Innova-3721-Battery-and-Charging-System-Monitor/15137663 This would be a perfect time to convert to 6 volt you won't regret it!!

RE: Memorial Day weekend

I always think it funny when I hear it's too hot in the dez in the summer months. Thats why you have a Toy Hauler ride early when it not hot, kick it the rest of the day later enjoy you campfire I ride all year around.

RE: Memorial Day weekend

When I was down at San Elijo Easter break there was a lot of empty spots I don't know if the canceled or because of the threat of rain that weekend. You can always do Bolsa Chica for the day get in there early the gates open a 6am camp for the day the gates close at 9pm beach at 10pm with a yearly pass your trailer is only $15 no pass truck and trailer $30 bucks. RE: What would yall recommend?

I'm not the weight police on GVWR yea you can pull it get some air bags. By the time you load it all up you'll be over the GVWR weight. It's just not your wife's you half to weight it's all the stuff you put in it. Including water how big is the fresh water tank? 1 US Gallon of water = approx. 8.35 lb
