RE: Total Noob Question

IMHO, I don't think we would buy our second trailer at a RV show again. We jumped at the chance to pick up the trailer we wanted (and, for the record, we absolutely love it), but after hearing so many 1st hand accounts from other RV owners, we have come up with a different idea.
We will most definitely keep going to the shows. But only for research purposes (and to dream a little......or a lot!). Once we figure out what we want, we challenge the dealers to beat each other in price.
Now, let's keep in mind that we are in Alberta, so we can do that here. I don't know what it's like in the U.S., but I would think it's close to the same.
Anyways, FWIW, my two cents.

RE: Allure Flooring Install starts

We put that (almost) exact product down in our house. Once we got the hang of it, it went down smooth as silk. We have had it in high traffic areas for 2 years now and are extremely pleased. One thing to keep in mind.......it is RIDICULOUSLY prone to static. Dog hair just seems to get pulled off the hound.
Enjoy it!

RE: Edmonton area RV parks

@ johnbo - FYI, my wife and I spent our first two nights in our first TT at the Devon Lions Campground and liked it so much that we went back a week later and actually had our wedding reception there 3 months later. The staff were awesome, and the CG was great. Right along the North Saskatchewan river and 20 minutes from West Edmonton Mall. There is also a golf course right beside the CG. Spacious sites, nice bathrooms/showers, and all around a pleasant place to be.
JMHO.
Happy trails!
