RE: RZR & ATV in a 12’ garage
As others have stated, a standard RZR will work. Any mods that increase the width will cause issues.
I have a standard RZR and a Sportsman 850 next to each other. Only have about 1/2" to spare, but it works.
This is in a 14ft garage, but the RZR and ATV would work in a 12ft space just fine.

If it's a standard RZR, it will work. I have a standard RZR and a Sportsman 850 next to each other. Only have about 1/2" to spare, but it works.

I have a RZR, 850 Touring (3.25" longer than standard XP), Sportsman 90, & Raptor 50 all in a 14ft garage in the Fuzion 398. Tight fit, but it works.

The one thing I didn't see was if your RZR was a standard or a S. With the S, you would not fit.
