RE: 5th wheel tires
My TPMS has a factory default high limit temp of 157 degrees fahrenheit. I have never even hit 120.LOL then you def do not want to move to the south, The heat here in the summer will kill tires in a heartbeat if running on Hot days.

ok so, when the wife got home today she asked if I wanted to camping at Jordan Lake, I could not refuse so starting to get some things together. Guess I will find out how things are at the Lake anyhow.

Yep to find out it is the wheel hub that had the leak, I finally was able to talk to a dealer and told us it was gear Oil that surrounds the Hub, Pretty intresting stuff there. Glad I own a Fith Wheel them Class A's have to much to deal with, LOL Anyway thanks everyone for all yall's helps, Happy Travelins.

I Understand what all yall are sayin, but I guess we call everything Oil LOL. but I will see what I cans find out about the DOT 3-4. this Oil/DOT3/4 is on the passanger side Tired, we took the hubcap off and saw the level is below where it should be, so I guess im curious if what should be put in there, we are very curious as we have never seen this before.

Oil Level for ABS
my friend has a class A Motorhome and the cap for the oil for the ABS was loose and it leaked the fluid out it is a Sun Voyager by Gulf Stream with a Vortex Work horse 8100. Trying to find out what the weight of the Oil that needs to be replaced.

does anyone on here use this pass, and how do you like it? we are curious if it is a good deal for us to use or if we should look somewhere else, do people sell passes they have already and where would we look?

White Rubber Roof Cleaner/Forest River
does anyone know what type of roof cleaner is to be used on this rubber roof, as in NC we have alot of Southern Pine and can turn it just about black. any suggestions please. Have thought about Black Streak Remover also, but not sure if this is that safe to use. Thanks for your opinions.

I might be talking out my tookus here, but have you tried Goo-Gone or WD40?nope but I will give it a try, before I bought the truck I beleive the previos owner had his GPS on the dash and used that plastic plate with 3M to hold it down, it finally fell off but the glue remains.

Late June you prob will not have that big of problems with the ants, just all depends if it is raining or not, but if it is hot, they tend to go deeper into the ground. JMHO but just to be safe bring some Sevin Dust with you and sprinkle everything around the camper and you should be fine. Just remember Sevin Kills honey bees and anything else that touches it.

Just back from the show. Save your $ and stay home. 95% camping world. I building had class a and c. I had never been to a show which had used rv's. I saw 1 used rear slide that had been sold that looked to me like it had delamination on the back side. Even the sold used tt's people were still allowed to walk thru.
I will not go back next year. I have to agree, we were really disappointed in this years show, and could not beleive the used RV for sale that in no way would I have brought them to the show as dirty and filthy and the smell of them did not allow us to even get thru them. I enjoyed the Class A and C but I thought it was a bad show all around.

this is a huge show, nothing like what was at the convention center. it think it takes up 3 buildings and then they have plenty outside also. usually a good show thou.

There are propane restrictions in the tunnels on 95 and 895. Take I-695 around the eastern side of the city over the Key bridge. The western side of 695 has much heavier traffic. I agree 695 East, it is a beautiful ride and not gonna be any traffic, but that depends on the time of day you come thru but have never had a problem that way

there is a beautiful campground called Iroquois Campground, on bearswamp road in Peru, NY. It is only 5 miles from Ausable Chasm and 45 min drive to Lake Placid and just to let you know Whiteface Mountain is in Wilimington, NY. The Adirondacks are a beautiful Mtn Range in Upstate NY. I lived for many years in the Adirondacks and have many fond memories of growing up there and working on Lake Placid. There is so much to see in this beautiful place. If you have any questions of certain areas around the Lake Champlain and Lake Placid area feel free to msg me. Enjoy your trip.

depends on where you are in NYS. I dont travel 81 anymore if we go north, faster on 95 for us but tolls can be heavy.
