Im not really in the 21st Century yet BUT some of these Security systems have remote access as in you can monitor whats happening at your sticks and bricks or your MH(if a hot spot/internet is available). I kinda like this feature as a way to keep my eye on the kids(dogs) and another way of verifying the Power is still on and air conditioner is still keeping the kids cool while away from the MH. Of course I need to update my antique cell phone first!!!

Ive driven though Bridgeport but didnt take the turn off toward Twin Lakes. Ive looked at many of the Private CG's on line and one thing of note in most reports is the lack of shade. Judging from the lack of tree's in the lower elevations off 395, Im guessing shade is at a premium. I still love the area though......heck, even some of the CG's in the June Lake loop lack alot of shade. Hope someone else chimes in with more info for ya.....have Fun either way!

Mine is located below the front passenger seat with the exhaust exiting on the driver side. I can hear it although if Im running it while driving that would mostly mean I have the airs on too. One noise drowns out the other....so its all good!

Granted my HWH are older and the Kick down type, but I had a small drip from a rear Jack and all it required was to tighten up one of the fittings. Just a thought.

P.S.-The drive to Yellowstone from Island Park is a pleasant and senic drive on a modern highway. And there are plenty of fuel stops.
Yep, Island Park may be a bit of a drive into West Yellowstone but its not like your in some urban enviroment or bumper to bumper traffic....each day you drive in to Yellowstone, its a Beautiful drive with plenty of oppurtunity to see critters. Whatever you decide, Have a Great time! :)

We stayed at Red Rock a number of years back, Very nice CG, good size lots, most with full hook ups, away from traffic noise, near Henry Lake, reasonable prices, a Rodeo/horseback ride/chuckwagon show down the road a mile or so and finally, its about a 20 minute drive to the West Yellowstone Gate. We had a Great time their!

I can only say how I do it.....do as yoy said, enter the page number you want where it says, page of 250...so lets say you want 150 of 250 pages..all you do is press "Enter" on your keyboard!

RE: What's up with the Roadstar Antenna?
I assume your speaking of the "round" style Roadstar? If so, I mounted one(dont ask why) on the rear portion on my MH(still have the Batwing up front). I can easily say this, I get so many more Digital channels with the Roadstar than I can with the Batwing. Even in my drive-way right now....I get probably 60+ channels on the Roadstar without any effort at all. The batwing, not as many and it seems Im always tuning/turning to get a better signal. Just my experience!

Thats a Good question? I know most trips I take, Im swearing at the Pot holes and lousy rough roads Im driving on....Im sure they'd get a good shaken upside down.

A number of years back, we adopted an abused 12 year old Pom( he had been treated like a Football, had pins in his back and leg). I think the moment he walked into our home, he realized he was safe and that this was his "forever" home. He lived another 3 years and pranced about, like you said, as if he owned the place. Miss that LiL Guy!!!

Just reading an article on Yahoo "Odd" news about a Pit pulling a women off the train tracks just before the train crushed the woman....it cost the Pit its front leg amoung other injuries. Damn Pits, they should all be killed? banned? legistrated against? Or maybe there NOT all killers after all!

I just had a flush/change of my 9 year old ELC on my Cat 3176( I was a tad behind the suggested schedule)......I put new ELC in. Im sure Brett can comment more, but the process of flushing can be quite messy and even doing it yourself is not cheap with the purchase of new Fluid and distilled water. I decided to have it done at my local CAT dealer...Im sure my neighbors appreciated not having to see Anti-freeze running down the drain, staining the concrete and then calling the Police on me! I think I made a good choice of having it done...LoL :B

Gee, another thing to add to da list! "Shake Fire extinguisher"...as it stands right now, Id probably be better off throwing the whole bottle at a fire, it would be pretty caked up. Thanks for the Heads Up!!!!

Michael Vick was not fighting and training Labs, Shepherds or Spaniels, he had Pits, Rott's and other larger/stronger breeds. It only follows that theses breeds get MUCH MORE press when incidents like this happen. When you have people training these specific breeds for nothing but Killing machines, the remainder of the animals in this group get stereotyped. My brother has a very large Pit....she's friendly enough but I too, tell him all the time, he must keep her on a tight leash. I keep my Cavalier's on a tight leash.....lets face it, if a dog of any breed is out of control, who's fault is it? (should be fairly easy for most to answer)...I think!

I was just checking on this also...seems most if not all of the reservable sites at Furnace Creek are gone but I believe that Sunset CG sites are non reservable? Im wondering how soom someone might have to arrive to get a spot? Pre-encampment is Nov. 4th I think with the regular festivities Nov 7th-11th. We might give this a try ourselves.

What???? Last time I checked, Mr. Lemonis doesnt manufacter anything! His companies, including Camping World and Good Sam are service and sales oriented and his purpose here is to improve that service and change the image of CW......I appauld Mr. L also!!!
