RE: Night Skies at the Grand Canyon

There is a Dark Sky Preserve in SW Saskatchewan. We were there 2 years ago during a new moon. It was amazing.

External Hard Drive 4 Satellite Receiver

I am looking for an external HD for a satellite receiver. Lots of HD's but cannot find one that runs at 7200 RPM. If you have done this or know of one please let me know. The requirements for the HD for Bell Expressvu are as follows:
To turn your 6131, 6141 or 6400 HD receiver into an HD PVR , you'll need an external hard drive that matches the specifications listed below.
Many major brands of external hard drives are compatible with the Bell 6131, 6141 and 6400 HD receivers. The minimum requirements are as follows:
7200 RPM rotation speed
Between 50GB and 2TB of capacity
Holds a single hard drive (enclosures holding two disks are not supported)
Plugs into an AC power outlet
Has a USB 2.0 connection
Has no sleep mode (cannot power down when idle

RE: Gray water tank/blk tank

Gray as above. I put about 5 gallons of water mixed with a cup of Sunlight liquid soap and a cup of Calgon powder.

RE: It happened again!

I think you are raising your TH to high when hooking up. I always force my TV under the TH when hooking up. Then get out and check the connecting.

RE: Royal Purple

I use synthetic oil in every engine, transmission, differential and chaincase I own but have never paid the premium for Royal Purple. I prefer Amsoil.

RE: Satellite Dish

Vu Cube automatic portable. Best of both worlds no set up. You are not trapped under the trees.

RE: Propane quick connection question

You will need to remove the regulator from the grill and replace it with a Quick Disconnect. They seem to make many different sizes of Quick Disconnects. I got all my parts from my BBQ dealer. I replaced the female on our TH to match the hose I bought.

RE: Ontario to Prince Edward Island

PEI is busy busy busy when "schools out!"
If the weather is great, locals in the Maritimes will book up all sites for every weekend in July and August...be warned!
Using the bridge from NB to PEI.....
As one enters PEI there is an "American Style" rest area just off the bridge, very good for information, etc.
Leaving PEI is when you will pay to use the bridge...(free to come in, pay to get out! LOL)
What kind of bridge goes to PEI? Tall? Metal grate deck? Guard rails the height of "jersey walls"?
Is there a ferry over to PEI? How much does it cost for a pickup TV & and 22" TT?
Bridge to PEI.
Yes there are ferries to PEI.

RE: Why did it take 1.5 hours & three operators?

we switched to CAA premium +RV
That did not do me any good in Nova Scotia last summer. We sat on the side of the road for two hours. CAA expired last month now have Coach Net.

If something ever happen to your TV you don't need to tell them it was in your RV.

RE: New tow vehicle

Excellent choice. There is a Cam Sensor? that can fail on that engine. They are cheap. You should pick one up and keep it in your glove box.
