If my truck breaks down I have AAA + with 100 miles towing. But they will not tow my trailer.

Is there a company that offers trailer towing insurance? If yes which would be the best?

Some AAA offer it, but not available everywhere. And, even if you have it, and travel outside your area, you probably won't get service.

Good Sam and Coachnet both do RVs. I don't have either, so I can't say who is better. Both can have their issues and can shine at times.

Plus RV and Premiere RV with AAA. 100-200 miles of towing.

I have the Canadian version(CAA), have used it several times and it's more than paid for itself.

I spoke with a AAA rep and was told they dont offer it. They will tow a motor home but not a trailer.

AAA is NOT a Trailer Towing insurance!!!! Especially for RVers with all the AAA limitations and conditions.

I have AAA and they towed my truck with trailer attached 98 miles to my house. Didn't cost me a dime. I have AAA plus RV.

Last year in California when I had the black water tank fall out of my toy hauler I called AAA for help. They said they could send a tow, but I told them it could not be towed unless they would send a mobile RV repair to put the tank back in and then it would be fixed hence not needing the tow. The gal just kept coming back that all they could do was send a tow. Finally I gave up trying to reason with her that I would pay for the call and repair I just needed her to find someone to help, which she said she couldn't do. In desperation I called Good Sam and in 15 min a mobile RV repair 60 miles away was sent and he did a great job. In short AAA RV+ is garbage go with Good Sam.

ChooChooMan, your key phrase "but not available everywhere" is in my opinion is what makes AAA not a good policy for RVers.
