Not exactly sure what is going on but I have been trying to get signed into the GS site for a month now and still having many problems. I have called twice before and the lady on the other end ensured me that it would be corrected within 24 hours each time. I also emailed the webmaster on the site with no response.
Today, AGAIN, I tried to get logged in with my email (it is both on here and registered into GS site) and proper password to no avail. It shows that the user email is not correct (so no sending new password) and there is no hint also (I printed out a cheatsheet for both).
I am getting very frustrated with the issue of not being able to log in and beginning to wonder if joining is really worth any benefits.

Can you or Marcus look into it from this end?

I must admit, I haven't been happy with my membership process. I signed up and was promised a temp card to be emailed to me, it never was so I had to contact Customer Service to get my id number. I tried signing in to the forum yesterday and it said user name and password was invalid, so I clicked forgot password, it was exactly what I was inputting, I emailed the webmaster and they said they will set me up. Not quite a streamline process!

I hope that you get everything figured out.

Thank You for the quick response. I just tried it and it all works. I guess I just had to get in touch of the right people to get things done. Now if GS can just spell my last name correctly on my account...

Hi Shadow_Grey,

I've updated the spelling of your last name--used the spelling from your email address on your account to see that the "u" & "e" were transposed on your account. It's fixed now. I've also ordered a new set of cards for you so you'll have cards with the correct spelling.

Having similar issues in getting my membership straight. Received my cards and went to the "registration site" completed everything with no errors, when I went to submit got a message that record could not be saved. Submitted again and seem to go through. Went to login and it would not recognize my credentials. So I selected "forgot password", said my email is not recognized. Emailed webmaster, no reply.

Two weeks earlier, I joined GSRA online and got a message that I would receive a confirmation email. Never got it. Went to the site and selected the "contact us" and submitted the issue. Never heard from them. I did get GS cards but still am not sure if I am registered for GSRA.
