Just serviced my wheel bearing on my 2010 23' TT. Everything looks good but I was wondering a couple questions, I understand everybodys use will vary, just like to get a rough idea.
1. When should I expect to replace my TT brake linings?
2. How often are the magnets replaced?

TT 7000#, 1,000 - 2,500 miles per year.

They say the lining is good down to 1/16". The pucks have dimples on them and are suppose to be replaced when the dimples are worn off though they will work well beyond that period.

The linings are good to about 1/8 to 1/16 inch provided the wear is even. If one end of the lining is worn much more than the other from improper adjustment they will need to be replaced sooner.

I should have been more clear. I am more interested in seeing how often brakes and magnets are replaced.

Inspecting annually for the above should be enough unless a unusual problem arises. I would think that the lining should be good for at least 20k miles.
