Most likely light crowds because its hot that time of year, plenty of room to ride. We dont live far from there.

Holidays are not as they once were, light crowds everywhere. Lots of room out there though.

short story here:
When my kids were younger they asked me why we didn't go to the desert after early May so one year we went out Memorial Day weekend. They hardly rode at all, way too hot. That was the last time we did that. Memorial Day is the start of water ski season at Nacimiento (except this year with no water).

The grass is always greener on the other side of the state we live 30 minutes from pismo and hardly ever go usaly head for the desert.
Or like next week balanger canyon. Should be nice after the rain were finally getting!

Still need to go to Balanger. Have friends from A.G. and Santa Maria that go all the time and ask us but haven't made it yet. Got close to it a couple of times, once rode by it on the Wing, once got as far as the Pistachio store on the dual sport.

Lot of fun on a dirt bike and even on a sport quad probable not so much on a side by side
The dirt is real sticky when its wet or snowing
