It's good to get it off your chest ever once in a while.
I have been a Lifetime Member since Feb.1, 1982. I must be one of the lucky ones. I have never had a problem with Good Sam. And now at Camping World, I just give them my phone # to get the discounts.

Thanks for letting us know what it's about executive. Don't feel as though you are degraded by posting on here. Be thankful that this avenue is here.

I can understand your frustration. I became a GS member a few years ago. Last year I took advantage of the lifetime membership and this year it was temporarily (3 years) turned to an elite due to buying our class c. We were on the last year of a 2 year membership with GSRA and that got extended out for another 6 years. With the purchase, we bought the extended warranty and got a free year( i think) of travel assistance. We also get our rv insurance through good sam(Written with Allied). So you can say although we have not been members for an extraordinary amount of time, we are so far up their you know what with products. Simply put, we believe in them and we like all of them under one umbrella. It's not perfect, but we know it will get better. I do not like the multiple membership numbers out there. I go into CW to purchase something and it brings up two people when they scan my card. One is me and the other is someone's GSRA up in Pennsylvania. I would love to be able to have one membership number and all the products fall up under it. If I had a problem or needed assistance with something, then I can call one number, put in my membership number and then select the service (club, roadside, travel assistance, warranty, etc) that I am calling about. That way there is no confusing them at all. Tie in the rv travel plus card as well. If I go from from one product to the next, then discount savings can automatically be changed. Maybe 5 cents a gallon for a membership to the club and then add another penny off per gallon for each service (roadside, warranty, travel assist, etc) that you are current with.
