When I attempt to use the new trip routing service, I get a message my account has not yet been approved, please try again in 24 hours. What do I have to do to become approved?

Call them on the phone. I never use trip routing but any problems I have had with GS usually a phone call get it straightened out.

We are in the process of trying to get the trip routing system functional again so I thank you for your patience while we work on this issue. My suggestion would be to try using it in a little while to see if it's back up and running. Thank you again and I hope you have a good day!

More than a Few hours have passed and I still cannot use the NEW trip router.
Any updates?

1515 EDT finds it working.

The same message appears when I attempt to use the program. The program then sends me to the older trip routing program.

I get that message if using Chrome or Internet Explorer as my web browser. However, it works great with FireFox.
