Buy it. You won't get a shower in your rv any closer to one at home using any other shower head.

Has any one have trouble with the shower head holder that has sticky tape to hold it on the wall, ours did not hold and I don't know what to use to put it back up.

You might try changing the one in the stick house first to be sure you like it. The plastic ones on the campers might be getting abuse due to travel.
We have a chrome one for the house and a plastic one for the camper.

I bought one several months ago and have used it a couple of times with no issues yet. I did not have to use the supplied holder since the shower head fit in our OEM holder.

X2… …This thread hit home with me!
Bought the complete Oxygenics Body Spa with hose attachment also from Amazon.com about three weeks ago. The old connector fitting at the original head was cracked & was leaking way beyond the help of Teflon tape. We chose the white unit which is also made of molded plastic over the other color choices. DW said 'white' goes better with our stuff – end of discussion. The new hose was the weakest link of the package because we prefer one that is longer than that 60" one which was included. Our solution was to buy a longer 72" hose made by AquaSource for about $12 at Lowes. That one (part #0001617) is better made - WITH METAL fittings on both ends.
Amazon’s baited me to add the wall bracket accessory that they claim is normally sold with this product. However, they "shot themselves in the foot" the following day with an apology for cancelling that item from our order due to backorder problems. Guess What: – The original holder works just fine! The Oxygenics head extends out further from the wall but it is quite secure, & works fine for us.
AND...The hose from Amazon will not go to waste. It will replace the one on the outdoor shower fixture plumbed inside a storage compartment. That one is beat up pretty well from 6+ years of use, & from the smog in this area.

X3 Me too! Just posted this as a "mod" on DIY you can see pictures of my install there and several more comments from users. The shower head is heavy plastic, the hose is longer than the one we had on our OEM, and it fits in the existing holder so I didn't have any use for the included bracket. $25 is a pretty good price on Amazon for the white plastic version, it was about $32 at Camping World during a sale. But I bought a shut off for it for $5 because the shower control does not shut it off completely, it continues to drip.
We're hooked!

it has a twist knob that slows the water flow to a trickle stream.
i have no problem with it and actually prefer that to a shut-off valve.
that way i know what the water temp is.
