This was 2 weeks ago on a COLD week-end for us Floridians! The low was around mid 40's I think. The heater worked well, but I wish the tent ends were a bit more insulated. We were at the Hillsbourough River state park, the river was clear and cold. No fish biting, only caught a turtle! (he was not fully on the hook and fell off as my son was bringing him in) This was our 4th trip with our first camper and still going well!

Next stop, Cape Canaveral in March..

Hillsbourough SP is good anytime. Prior to moving to FL, we spent the winters (2wks at a time) at various parks throughout the State. Nice photos of the family. Safe travels.

Looks nice, I only wish it was in the 40's here. Tonight the low is going to be -2f and the trailer has about a foot of snow on top of it...ughh, when will it be spring

Thanks all!! I envy all our Canadian neighbors (and northern US) as we would love to see snow sometimes too! We are slowly getting around this large state of Florida. We have Lived here for 20 years and really just been in the Tampa/Orlando area.

We just made reservations for the Florida caverns state park, (Memorial day week-end) Has anyone been ther? I am very excited to go and I think the kids will love it.

Spring is just around the corner for those of you who are snowed in, your RV's are patiently!!!

Do me a favor, turn the heat on now. I'll be pulling in around 5pm next Wednesday and could really go for some 75 degree days and 60 degree nights... Perfect weather for the Florida state fair!
