The crank handle, spring and plastic sleeve came off. Are there any diagrams how it all fits together? Any suggestions to fix it? The spring and plastic pieces which fell off are held onto the shaft, sticking down into the RV, by an Allen screw.......the screw works loose, and the thing falls apart. When reassembling tighten the screw to the FLAT portion of the shaft. I have long been amazed that million dollar motorhomes come with this nickel and dime rotating attachment ! Find that small set screw and you're back in business. Go to Wineguard's site and view the technical documentation. Mine has fallen out once and being small, was a little difficult to find. Once found, I was back in business. It now gets tightened every 6 months along with other scheduled maintenance checks. Raising and lowering is the allen connection on the small handle. To re-install the nylon nut you need to inspect it to make sure the threads are still intact. It takes a long "special" wrench to thread the nut on over the elevator shaft.
