Anyone have problems with progressive insurance. Been almost two weeks and don't believe they have even gotten the police report yet. They have sent me in for a estamate of damage. And have not heard from them again yet. Or is it just too soon.

My Progressive Adjuster was at our house in two days to prepare a preliminary estimate before we went to the dealer and authorized repairs the same day. Our only wait was for parts and actual appointment for repairs.
Call again, you may have fallen thru the cracks.

x2...and this is not specific to Progressive but for all claim contact with any insurance comapny, auto, home, medical etc... Write down the date, time, and get the name of the person you talk to so when you call back you can provide a specific item for them to look up on their system.

And call your Progressive agent - He/She may have "inside" phone numbers you can call. We've only had two Progressive claims - both for broken windshields - and both were resolved within 4-5 hours (except getting the windshield shipped and installed).

I live in Missouri. MH was damaged in California. Repairs were made in Iowa.

Excellent service all the way.

Sounds like your problem is with the Police Department and not Progressive.

Go build a fire under them, not Progressive.
