Take a look at this one.
No argueing on price unless you want to try for lower one
Dhart;;; Sorry we did not get to meet you guys this year..I'm sure you would have had MonacoMama looking at the above rig after talking to you guys. We have the predecessor.........07 SFT..
Had to leave Monday the 23rd as Mama is still expected to work and keep me in the manner to which I have become accustomed.

SacsTC.... that 2011 43DFT is priced superbly! Has the pre-emissions Cummins 425 engine, SWEET! If I didn't already have the same thing, I'd want to jump on that in a hot hurry.
We plan to be in Tucson at Lazydays next winter, for an extended stay... perhaps we will meet up then.

That sure is a nice looking coach and the price is 66% of MSRP......or, 34% off list price. Looks like a good buy to me.

That Forest River looks like a nice coach. I think my preference would still be Monaco... but I guess it could go either way depending on first hand examination. The FR Berkshire line we looked at didn't appeal to us, but this model is an uptick from the Berkshire and more in the Endeavor/Diplomat realm.
Here's another '12 Diplomat, at MHS in Alvarado, TX, and their price says "below $284k"... not sure how far below, though.

The Endeavor 43DFT really opens up with the full wall slide and comes standard with a full size residential fridge. the extra half bath in mid-coach also works well especially when w ehad the grandkids along for a trip - let them have back bedroom and we stayed on queen size up front and could use mid coach bath in morning. I am slightly biased though as we also have the 43DFT.

The half bath at mid-coach is useful for more than just being a toilet closet. Monaco provides a full lower vanity cabinet and upper medicine cabinet where a lot can be stored. We keep cleaning supplies, back up paper towel and TP supplies, I have a lot of chargers and battery components for my cameras and flashlights, etc. And while hanging out in the coach, I wind up using it for a bathroom more often than the one in the full-bath in the rear quarters.
When I first saw the half-bath, my initial thought was that it was un-necessary and a waste of space.
Now that I've been living in it for a few months... I love having the mid coach powder room... for the storage space and the convenience.... and we don't have any overnight guests... just the wife and myself.

The half bath and the full bath have a lot of storage in them, and that's part of what we really like about this coach, it will make living in it, just that much more pleasant. Along with the way the rest of the coach is laid out.

Trap... yes. Storage space in a coach one might live in for lengthy periods of time is really valuable.
In contrast, I loved the American Tradition and Eagle coaches as well, but the vanities in their half baths were pedestal style, with no cabinet. The pedestal may look "cool", but the loss of storage space due to a lack of vanity cabinet is a shortsighted idea on American's part... in my view.

That's a lot of what we kept running into, we would really like the front 1/2 of the coach, but the back half wasn't working for us, or exact opposite, the back was great but the front 1/2 wasn't right. The floorplans we're around 80% right for us. We too really liked the Revolution build and chassis, but the floorplans we're just not quite what we wanted.
The 43DFT for us I would rate it at about 95% right. It was funny to see cause it only took DW about 3 minutes in the coach to look at me and say this is it. That was the first time that we we're really excited about the floorplan without having to talk about all the compromises we'd have to live with.
I will say there are some things with every manufacture that we looked at, that we liked better over the others, but for us we will live in it a lot more than we will drive it so floorplan has to be at the top of the list.
Fortunately the RR10 Chassis will make the drivinig experience really good. Sure wish it had a side Radiator though.
