Here's one I made back a few years ago on a 06 F53. I looked at a couple new ones and made one bigger and stronger.

Drifter Rv that looks cool BUT I assume that is a Ford Chassis-Mine is a p30 workhorse chassis and the rear end cover bolts are on the back side which makes for not much room-the bolts on the cover are 1/4 20 which are not strong on side load-The exhaust is also there so it ended up being quite the project-Check out the pics by going to my email and I'll forward you pics-did you notice a difference when you added trac bar??Rich

IMO track bar with leaf springs won't make much of a difference. Coil spring or air suspensions needs a track bar.

With today's longer leaf springs with fewer leafs, I would disagree with your conclusion.

Track bars/Panhard rods ARE effective on these applications.

It is as Brett says, with the longer and fewer leafs trac or panhard bars are effective.

My E-350 chassis I put the track bar on had leaf springs. It made a huge difference. The chassis did not have a rear sway bar and Henderson Line-up told me if it was wander I was trying to fix don't even bother with a sway bar it will do nothing to help that problem.

Well I Have had leaves-- added bilstein shocks-- sway bar bushings changed to polyurethane and now the trac bar is being installed today as soon as I have one more cup of coffee-Most of my tail wag is gone but this should be the frosting on the cake HOPEFULLY--My main concern is fatique after 3-4 hrs travel and I think we've extended that to maybe 5-6 hrs--I'd sure like to hear from some guys & gals to let me know if there was a difference when they added trac bar --Thanks RICH

racer99, the back track bar is one of the best items I have made, or installed on our MH. Even the DW could tell the difference. We have a F-53 chassis. As Brent and others have said, the long springs, and large spring eyes allow allot of side to side movement, under the frame.
