I do not know about anyone else but with the warm winter in the north east I am ready to go camping. Don't get me wrong I love snow as I like to snowmobile but If I can not have snow might as well go camping.

I will agree with you on that one. I picked up My brand new camper on friday. With a chance of snow coming over the weekend of 1-2 inches. Well on Sunday we got hammered with 9 inches and it fell in a few hours. Well monday it was in the upper 30's and Tuesday was 56 Degree :-). So we loaded all the stuff into the camper. My son who is 2 was helping and he wanted to sleep in his new camper bed last night... But I had to work this Am so I was unable to do that with him :-(

If it's as much warmer than normal this summer, winter camping may be the best time to go this year. Shouldn't be anything stopping you as long as you have open places to go. Lots of camping in my area that remain usable all winter.

We bought our 2011 Palomino Stampede in November, and all we've been doing so far is look at it on the front yard. Can't wait to go camping

We're in the same boat. We bought our new rig right after Columbus Day. It was 50 + degrees here today. I'm ready to camp!!

I agree also. We have had some nicer days/nights in December and January then we did the end of October when we took our last trip! Had thoughts of posting our Jayco 26L for sale during the past couple days, but decided to hold off for a little while.

It's been in the 50's during the day and in the high 20's, low 30's at night. That is good FALL camping weather to me. If my truck would ever get here and I could put a few miles on it, we would hook up and take off at least for a weekend.

Looking at that HTT all winter and knowing campgrounds in Maine don't open before April, I decided I'll buy a few things to install before the season starts. I got sort of addicted to the idea, and every time I was looking at the HTT, I was asking myself:
"What can I buy today ? "
So far, I bought an electric jack, three Maxxair for the roof vent covers, A Jensen am/fm/cd/dvd radio to replace the cheap Concertone, a Coleman Roadtrip barbecue, step rugs, and a Oxygenics shower head.
I better stop before I get broke.

Yes last year I added a new flat screen inside and replaced all of the outside lights with LEDs. Might do the inside ones this winter. We also just got a new TV so I have to get the P3 brake controller hooked up and do a test run down the road. I am also thinking about buying an electric jack. Which one did you get?
