Handles on leveling wood is very useful. As I told the wife - some day I'll have to pull them out of mud, and it wasn't long before it happened.

On our first overnight - I didn't use the x-chocks I had purchased because it was just a quick tryout.
I was absolutely amazed how much better they stabilize the trailer than normal chocks.
One thing we had to work upon was chock placement. We had a tendancy to want to start the unhook process as soon as possible. I've learned better. Make sure the trailer is firmly chocked in place before putting down the tounge jack.
I've never had it roll off the jack, but came close.
I had the brake controller a bit tight. On our third trip, our first long distance one, we came upon an interstate exit quickly and I had to slow down much faster than I planned. The brake controller kept the trailer under control (I should have just driven to the next exit, not tried to make that one.)
When we got off the freeway and stopped at a gas station, I saw a tire was flat. Upon checking I saw it had destroyed the sidewall. One tire had locked up and rubbed right through the tread in a few seconds. Then it only took a couple hundred yards on the flat to destroy the sidewall.
It was 11 pm so we spent the night there with permission. Since we still had several hundred miles to go to our camping destination, I wanted a new spare before moving on.
In the morning I walked over to a nearby Tractor Supply Company and bought a metal ramp deal for changing dual axle trailer tires.
That worked well to get the bad tire off, but the rig was too low to get the spare on the hub correctly. While I was trying to figure out how to jack up the sagging axle, the wife said "What about the stabilizer jacks?"
Those gave me the couple extra inches I needed. Picked up a tire at Walmart and we were back on our way.
