I love my RV for what it represents: the next road trip adventures. I love to travel.

I love to buy new luggage whether I actually need more or not and my spouse figured out why...it's what it represents. One step closer to seeing the world on the next new adventure. RV is the same.

I get a little thrill every time I go out to the driveway and see it there waiting for me. Impossible to go past without giving it an admiring glance. I invent reasons to unlock and go in to visit it when we're parked at home.

I have to agree with those who say the sights in the US Southwest equal any in the world, which is why they are full of foreign visitors. And the best way to visit is in an RV.

Just not the same unless your hair and clothes smell like smoke.

I love having an RV...my linens I know are clean as is the bed...no chance of bedbugs, which are on the rise. I know, I know, I'm being rdiculous, but better safe than sorry...and I'm comfortable.

Traveling by plane is stressful because you have to schedule it all well in advance and stick to it. Traveling by motorhome avoids all that and the enjoyment starts as soon as we pull out of the driveway. Stop anytime to look at something, take a walk or just have tea. We never reserve campsites but it never seems to matter because we like the off-season and to be off the beaten track. If no campsite shows up, we can be pretty comfortable almost anywhere. Yes, the bed is nice and even better no packing, everything in its place and no problem bringing the dog along.

JiminDenver,
I don't understand how you could find a sleep number bed uncomfortable, unless you didn't adjust it properly. A sleep number bed adjusts from very very soft to very very firm. I love mine because it isn't the same bed every night- if it ever doesn't feel perfect for me I just make it soft, then slowly inflate it until it is just right.
