Recently my interior 12 volt lights started flickering. This flickering seems to be affecting all the 12 volt lights except for the fluorescents. I have checked all the connections on the house batteries (4) and they're all tight. My suspicion is a loose ground somewhere, but I'm not sure where the house batteries are grounded. There's wires going everywhere and when they pass through a bulkhead it's not very easy to trace them. Any other ideas?

Could be a loose ground or perhaps a bad battery? Are they flickering all the time? What about when plugged in?
House batteries should be grounded somehow to the frame or grounding rod.
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

x2 on the loose ground (or maybe corroded). There will probably be a large crimped on eyelet type lug bolted to the metal structure somewhere, maybe in the ekectrical hook-up bay or near the transfer relay box if you have a generator.
Un-bolt it , clean off any rust, bolt it backg down tight, maybe with a new star-washer, and put some Vaseline or dielectric grease over it.
