I was looking at the WH Chassis Guide and it stated that for the W series chassis the caster and camber are not adjustable, only the toe is adjustable. Can this be correct, that's all for a front end alignment for the W series chassis?

I'm not familiar with the W series front axle, but if it's a solid beam axle like most trucks, it can be adjusted. It does take a shop with the necessary equipment and knowledge to bend the axle for camber adjustment and add shims for caster changes.

Got mine done last week after reading this thread. 135 bucks (not bad). The toe in was way off causing excessive wear on the outer edges of both tires. Hard to feel any difference as I already have steer safe installed. Rig drives like a car. Hope the outer wear stops.

If the other tires are in good shape and none are about to be replaced due to age, rotate them:

Two front tires to ONE SIDE in the rear. Choose the rear side that is in the best condition to move to the front. This is usually the left rear, as they are less exposed to curbing, etc. Do not put a well-worn front with a little-worn rear on the same side, as the taller (original rear)tire will carry too much load.
