Looks like a nice coach. As far as I can tell from the pics the condition looks great. Those are a well built unit from what I have seen. I really like the floorplan, it is the same as our Dynasty.

I agree with others though, I would definately make sure to take a test drive and if it feels like a scam walk away. If you get a chance to see it in person ask and/or look for service records as well as dates on tires. Being 11 years old they may have been changed once already but I wouldn't assume anything without confirming. Good luck and keep us informed, Mike.

We looked at one like it about 3 years ago down in southern Florida around Ft. Meyers. We were very impressed with the unit and I believe in 2000 it was engineered with a lot that was before its time.

It is the same general floor plan we have in our DSDP with two street side slides. I like that a lot. I don't like passenger side slides.

I see the price is $90K now and the reserve is not met...I know what book says and it says it is worth more......Personally though, I would not pay a whole lot more for a 10-11 year old unit....maybe a little more but not a lot if it checked out 100%....but that's just me.

I would be a little concerned regarding the Sellers feedback. He has a 100%. However, he only has one as a seller of a $22,000 motorhome.
The remainder are from him being a buyer.

If you read the ad closely, it sounds like a dealership ad. Things like "just completed a pre delivery inspection" "right as rain". These are not statements an owner would make. Also, there are a few of the pictures that show the coach on a dealer's lot. Doesn't make it a good or bad coach, but I kind of like to know who I am dealing with. If a dealer (or anyone else) hides who they really are, the "watch out" antenna goes up.

It is amazing what Pics can hide! The can make a $12,000 unit look like a $30,000 unit or a $50,000 unit look like a $100,000 unit.
