Last Oct. 2009 I posted a request on this forum for a suggestion on a dealer who would make a fair trade for our fifth wheel.
Fullautodave suggested Wheels RV in Springdale, AR, 720 miles from our home. We saw a unit on rvtrader.com from Wheels RV that we were intested in. I emailed Heath Bolex and asked if he would send me a tentative buyer order for the unit that we wanted (tentative because he had not seen our unit and we had not seen his). He did just that and the numbers were very fair. So DW and I decided to make a fun rip to Springdale AR. Well,you won't believe that on the way to AR we had a tire to blow out and do what turned out to be $1550.00 in damage, thought that this might end our previously agreed upon deal. I called Wheels and Mr. Bolex said bring it up and we would work out the damage caused by the blow out. He did exactly what he said he would. We made the deal and got our new to us, 5th Wheel. Also as a token of their appreciation they gave us a $150.00 shipping credit in their store and let us stay on their lot with hook up over night.
NOTE FROM DW: On the trip to Springdale, the weather was ranging in low three digits and when the blow out occurred it was 110 and DH decided he would change the tire himself, which was stressful in itself. Due to the damages DH was very upset that our deal would be in jeopardy but when he talked with Mr. Bolex he assured him that something would be worked out. His words had a calming effect on my darling DH. What DH failed to say is that we had another tire blow out which caused a considerable delay since we had to get another tire but Mr. Bolex kept reassuring DH that they would be there when we arrived and to stay safe. Dealing with Mr. Bolex (Owner) was very positive and his staff very helpful also. DH has called back to the company several times with questions and if not available all calls have been returned shortly after. All in all, Mr. Bolex is a man of integrity and if anyone is looking to get an RV don't hesitate to call and check his inventory.

It is so nice to hear about good dealers and satisfied customers. By posting this you not only help others on this forum who may be in the market, but it may also lead to more business for this dealer, thereby rewarding him/her for their integrity, etc.

I agree. So many times all we hear is how sorry this dealer or that dealer was. Its nice to hear something good about a dealer and a person. Thank you for your post.

We have used Wheels RV for any service since the purchase of our Drv unit. We purchased it elsewhere. They are one of the top selling dealers for Drv. Their service dept is excellent and efficient. We have also stayed on their lot when a repair wasn't finished in one day. They sell only towables, got out of the MH business in 2008.

We attended a "Suites" rally in Branson a few years back and that dealer brought a bunch of new DRV rigs to the park with a number of sales staff. Their reputation had preceded them and folks were lining up to make a deal on a new DRV unit. There were over 100 units in attendance and out of all those people I never heard one negative word about Wheels RV.
Today is just the tomorrow you worried about yesterday!

Elwoodj, told you so. Wheels Rv (and DRV) have been bend over backwards good to us. From the very first time we dealt with them and ever since we have been extremely pleased with them. They have always done what they said or more. When we purchased our unit they gave us about a two hour walkthrough and then insisted we spend the first night at their place. Filled our water tank up and plugged electricity in and encouraged us to use everything in the unit and if we had questions they were there to answer them. After being gone for a year we returned for a half page of very minor warranty issues. I had made an appointment and when I arrived they had everything they needed including a pocket door for my trailer and we were in and out in a day. They have made me a customer for a lifetime.
