If there is a smooth road between I-20 and I-10 I haven't found it yet. Good Luck. I 10 goes through a tunnel, under Mobile Bay at Mobile......NO restrictions.........keep up your speed best you can for the climb out of it. Find another route. I drove it last month, I know. Sorry OP.
