Turn off the water before you try again, so you don't end up with water damage plus a smelly mess.

Just because water is filling the bowl doesent mean its flushing, you have to pull the handle completely to open the valve to flush.

Pull the handle completely or push the pedal all the way to the floor depending which set up you have.

If it still doesent work, & you can see the valve opening at the bottom of the bowl, you either have syran wrap in the bottom of your toilet bowl or the slider is broken & your toilets toast.

When I hit the foot pedal to flush, the slider, slides fully open but the tank appears to be slam full so the water does not flush. Slider slides like it should but nothing happens.

Before I filled it with water I could look down the hole and it looked clear.

I put about 5 gallons of water in the toilete from the garden hose and it filled right up, but the tank lights still say the tank is empty. This is a brand new 2010 TT so expect the dang indicator lights to work and cant believe that the tank is full since I drained it a couple of days ago, never heard a woosh though as I used to on my class A.

This is really confusiong to explain and to figure out.

Nothing confusing, I know of this happening many times and the pumping guys are often cursed for not pumping a tank when it is the pipe clogged…

Turn off the water hold the valve open with your foot and push the clog into the tank… it really is that simple…

Sounds like your black tank is indeed full and the sensors in the tank are covered with tp or whatever and not sending a signal to the panel light, which is very common. My guess is your black/grey labels are reversed.

Nothing I'd want to try. If there is a clog, why push it into the tank? There is a good chance it'll clog again in a worse spot! If it's a clog. I'd try to break it up and remove it from the toilet end (where there would be no force or pressure) rather than letting it clog up the discharge valve. Just my thoughts....

That wouldn’t concern me very much…

There are two ways this happens, either not enough water was used when flushing, or the tank was over filled before dumping, then when dumped the fluids leave quickly and the solids that were packed inside the drop pipe were left behind… unless the clog has been there for a very long time it will most likely break up while pushing it through any way, or it will break up in the tank by just adding water to the tank…

If you want to remove it from inside I suggest removing the toilet and dig it out…

do you have any indicator lights glowing when you check the level? You say it is empty so that tells me there are no lights on. If this the case then maybe you have a blown fuse on your level indicator panel. This doesn't help with the clog but might clear up some of the mystery. My suggestion on that is to take a
piece of flexible plastic 1/2" pipe about 4' long and gently push the clog in to the tank, fill the tank 1/2 full and drive around a little and then dump. May be a good idea when you reach the dump site to fill all the way before dumping. You also say the trailer is new and they are known to have obstructions in the drain systems from careless workers letting the plastic cutouts fall into the tank when they build these rigs. Every new trailer I have ever bought had to have one or the other tank drains cleaned out before they would dump right. Sometimes both tanks. I actually found a ball peen hammer in one of my tanks a few years back.

There are 4 levels of indicator lights (from empty to full) that illuminate depending on the button you press. The buttons are:-
BATTERY
FRESH WATER
GRAY WATER
BLACK WATER.

If I hit the FRESH WATER button - all the indicator lights come on, because I filled up the fresh water tank and know it is full.

If I hit the BATTERY button, all the indicator lights come on, because the batteries are fully charged.

If I hit the BLACK WATER button - only the empty light illuminates. I cant say if ther tank is full or empty, but dumped it, then it only took about 5 gallons of water and it filled up the toilet. The slide in the toilet opens and closes but the water wont flush.

If I hit the GRAY WATER button - only the empty light comes on because the tank is empty.

So - the lights are working, no fuze is blown.

If I could see a block, then I could push it down, dig it out blow it up or whatever - but I can't see anything except the bottom of the tank and right now the toilet is full of water, but, the tank is still empty.

So, somehow between the toilet and the tank, there is a block - but I cant determine where or what is causing the blockage.

I don’t understand how you can see the bottom of the black water tank looking down the toilet (a hole) and yet the water remains in the toilet bowl. It truly is, as a prior poster suggested, as if there is heavy duty Saran wrap in the bottom of your toilet bowl.

Aside from looking, have you tried poking something down the hole? If so, and the water remains, I am totally perplexed.

From reading the post things don't add up, but here's something to try.
Get a plumber snake, turn the water off to the coach so no more water enters the toilet, then run the snake down the toilet and snake it around. Sometimes you may have to push it in and then pull it out a lillte ways. I suspect someone used too much toilet paper and it didn't go down clear to the tank. once you see the water starting to leave the tank, you know your breaking through. I would have a 5 gallon bucket ready to dump down the toilet once the water level cleared from site. This would help push the blockage to the tank.
