When Affinity/Good Sam/Camping World moved their ERS contract from Cross Country to Road America, I switched to Coach-Net and haven't looked back. Affinity's Road America contract is up at the end of this year, so who knows who they'll outsource to for next year.

and just how does this matter...
Does it matter that CoachNet is switching call center locations and management to Stellar…
All that matters is that we get the service we need, and we are fortunate to have choices of two proven premier companies’

If you consider Road America a "premier company", your standards must be a bit lower than mine. It matters because you don't know who will be doing the dispatching for Affinity's ERS next year. In my opinion and experience they went downhill with the move to Road America. Will it be better or worse next year? Or more of the same...
Coach-Net is relocating their call center to Dallas to consolidate their facilities in a newer, better equipped center managed by a sister company that specializes in call centers. A fair number of the existing staff are making the move as well, so many of the same people will be handling our ERS calls in Dallas as were handling them in Lake Havasu City. The RV expertise that Coach-Net is well known for is not being lost in the move. The Arizona call center has been in use since 1992, and it's more economical to move to the new larger, more advanced facilities in Dallas than it would be to build a new facility in the existing location.

GS is a product of affinity dispatched by RA sold exclusively by affinity companies… it is their program and the same one they had before and it has worked exceptionally well for me… I don’t expect it to change… if it does I will repot that to…
IMO, CNs move is a cost cutting move buy housing CN, auto-net, and National motor club under one roof and sharing resources and personal that now will be managed by their telemarketing arm Stellar…
nothing wrong with that if it ends up the same product… only time will tell right now… but I suspect it will close to the same…

We've been down this road before, so I won't rehash old territory again. Suffice to say that I've been on both sides of the fence with Road America, as both a customer and a contractor, and have no desire to repeat either experience.

Just got back from a month trip. Had a flat on tow vehicle on a Sunday. Our ERA card were home; they had not caught up with us. We had internet servie at the camp ground where we stoped. Once logded on to Good Sam's we could not acces the Emergency portion without a card number, different from the member number. Check your auto insuance carrier for road side assistance features.
