Hi All,
I would appreciate any input on which road service you think is best Coach Net or Good Sam.
Hope all of you are having a good summer.
Thanks, Tim

Had Good Sam but last year in July I had a breakdown and they put me on hold for 2 1/2 hours. Finally got back on road.
I could not find anyone to complain to (phone calls and emails). No one responded until it came time to renew, then I got about 10 phone calls wanting to know why I did not renew(8 months later).
I now am with CoachNet.
Will see how it turns out.

Coach Net for me - three times needed including a $2200, 225 mile flatbed tow in Alaska, cost me zero. Always as promised. Coachnet fan here, others have done OK with GS. Coachnet covers all family vehicles and also includes getting service appointments for you at an appropriate repair facility. Works for me!! May you never need either.....

Howdy!
I've stated this before, had GS ERS for years used them once when we got stuck. We had a break down on our tote in the Yukon on our way to Alaska and because we did not contact them they refused to pay (we had no service unable to contact them). We then requested a second tow to Anchorage to repairs, once again they refused. Cost me a $2,000.00 towing bill. As mentioned about they did not want to listen to my complaints until I called to drop their service. We now have Coach Net.

Coach Net would be my first choice.
I did have GS for a couple years and used them a couple times in the lower 48 with no complaints but I could not stand all the junk mail signing up with them caused. Four or five pieces of junk mail a week! Even on products they couldn't even sell me because of the age of my RV...even though they knew that they still sent me 2 thick envelopes a month. End Rant.
Don't hardly get anything from Coach Net and their service is top notch too.

Have had Coach Net for over 10 years and very happy with the service we have received. They are in the process of changing to a new call center in Dallas, from Lake Havasu, so will hold my opinion until I see that the excellent service has not changed.
