Well, my Apollo is still hanging in there. It often makes a grinding noise while rotating, and it looks like one convection element is not working, but it sill Microwaves well and Convection bakes cookies in just minutes. A neighbor with a 2010 Heartland Bighorn has the "same" Apollo, albeit presumably 5 years newer than mine! I would most likely replace with another Apollo, if necessary.
Here is an update on the oven. I took it apart & found that the blower motor mounting bracket was loose & the blade of the blower was stuck against side of oven. Repaired the mount & oven works as advertised. My neighbor's wife baked me a cake in the oven last night & it came out perfect!
