RE: Where to buy online?

Well I stuck it out with Craigslist and widened the search - I am now a proud owner of a 1989 Coachman on a Ford Econoline E-250 chassis.
I'm just working through a few minor issues but for $6700 I think I did rather well even if I had to get a shuttle to Las Vegas, get a flight to Oakland via Salt Lake City, get a dear friend to pick me up from Oakland and drive me to Vacaville and then put me up for 3 nights while I fixed the small issues (recharge AC, grease suspension, go to Camping World etc) before I drive back to Lake Havasu on Wednesday - what we do for love eh??

Where to buy online?

I'm getting back into RVing after a break and my wife and I are looking for a mid 90's Class B
I'm searching Craiglist and Ebay daily for a private sale but are there any half decent web sites where private sellers can sell their rigs?
I found a nice looking 93 Falcon conversion for $7500 but by the time I got to him it was sold :(

RE: The old girl is back - where to start

Just came back to RV.net as we ended up buying and restoring a mobile home - what is it about me, can't stop 'fixing' stuff :)
We had a mobile home in the Arizona desert which I sold just after selling the "old Girl" and I purchased another that had a great view of the Colorado from the deck. Well it now has a great view of the Colorado from the second bedroom :)
Then I added a 10*15 workshop to the end and tore off all the metal siding and replaced with better insulation and masonite siding.
Then I replaced the air conditioner and ..... well you get the idea LOL
Haven't heard anymore from Nelson so I hope he's still enjoying the Monaco.
I recently purchased a new (my first) truck - an 05 Dodge 1500 with a Hemi so I'm going to be looking for a travel trailer - not sure if it will be a restoration project as I had to go get myself a job (boo hiss) as one of my income sources disappeared. I was very fortunate to have been 'semi retired' for 5 years when I was young enough to enjoy it but now I have to earn money again - at least I'm doing something I really enjoy.
I'll update you on what we end up getting and thanks for all the great comments!
