RE: whale tours, new jersey or maryland info needed

whales are usually in the mid atlantic areas in early march or late fall as they migrate. have to go to maine to see them in the summer. you can see however, loads of bottle nose dolphins in nj/md/del waters all summer

RE: ros and cons of Tow Doly

i am not sure on this but i was told that with 4 wheels down the odometer continues to run therefore the miles rack up even tho it isnt being driven so a dolly would prevent that.

RE: Anyone have experience with Portable Ice Makers?

i have an older one from c/w and use it alot. when the hopper gets full i just dump it into a plastic bowl and place into the freezer or as needed. off-season i use it if we are having a bbq or party where extra ice will be needed.

RE: Dolly

i use a dolly most of the time. as was said above, the only issue is the length of the site and how long your rig is. unless i know in advance that i have a pull thru i will drop the car off the dolly up at the office where i have room. then go to my site, unhook the dolly, push it aside, back the rig in, then push the dolly in front of my rig. i can then usually park the car in front on an angle or parellel. then just reverse the process when i leave.

RE: Ford integrated brake controller newbie question

i just installed the p-2 controller which was new into my 2010 e450 mh. i also got the ford model specific adapter that connects from the prodigy to the built in brake adapter pigtail which was up under the dash on the passenger side.

RE: towing lights + dolly lights?

i just added brakes to my master tow dolly and my newer mh has the 7 pin plug on the back. in order to use my magnetic lites that have the flat 4 pin connector i had my dealer order me a new recepticle that replaces the regular 7 pin and has the 7 pin connector plus on the side it also has the 4 pin connector so both can be used. it cost about $45. and takes about an hour or less to install.

RE: Anyone have experience with Forest River Sunseeker?

i guess there is always a bad brand or model in anything right? i have a 2010 sunseeker 3100ss i got new and love it. only had 2 issues so far. one was the dometic a/c power board went bad and was fixed under their warranty and the other was a 12v outlet where they cut the hole in the wall too large so the outlet wasnt secure.
