Tres Amigos Mazatlan. Park One has 20 sites, 10 in use this year. Park Two has 40 sites, 15 in use this year. Canadian and American about 50/50. The access road is the worst ever this year. It may play a role in the reduced numbers this year.
The vehicle deposit isn't a big deal. If one's cash flow sensitivity is such that $300-$400 held back for four months is a big deal they likely should not be RVing since a blown tire could put them out of business.
