RE: Thor Pallazzo

Was in one recently and absolutely LOVED it!
I agree about the tank size though. Really wish they were larger. Not much more capacity than what I have in my current TT.
Has anyone driven one or ridden in one yet? Would love to get some feedback on how the ride and handling are...
Also, with it being so low to the ground, any potential issues there? I wonder if it would bottom-out getting it into our driveway to load up for a trip.
Thanks!

LOVE the new Voltage 3200, but need some educating :)

Have absolutely fallen in love with the new Voltage 3200!
It would be perfect for the kind of camping we do (regular resort campgrounds, NASCAR tailgaiting), with all the bells/whistles that I've been looking for in a towable and haven't seen. Until now. :)
Some background:
Would not have any toys in it except MAYBE a golf cart and only bringing it with us some of the time.
Would love to get full body paint (not sure how much weight this adds or if I even need to worry about this).
Would likely tow with full fresh water tanks (again, only some of the time when tailgaiting).
Looking possibly at a new F250 (4x4; Crew Cab; 6' bed). Most we'd have in it is 4 people (figure all at 200 lbs each just to estimate). However, what would be the "basics" I'd also need in a truck to pull this Voltage? For example -- gears (3.73 enough?), any additional specs or general must-haves, etc..
Lastly, would I want the hitch that Ford offers (Reece)? Or are there better options out there?
Thanks in advance for any help with this! My only experiences have been with travel trailers, so I can really benefit by all of your experiences here!

RE: 2012 Forest River Berkshire 390BH or 2011 Thor Astoria 40BQ

Of the two mentioned, I would also pick the Berk.
The Astorias are nice, but I think the MSRP price point on them is way too high for what they actually offer now. The 2010s were priced right and offered a lot of nice things for that price. However, both the Astorias (and the Thor Tuscanys) have been upgraded over the past year and are significantly higher priced now and I don't see the value in that big of a price jump. I'd likely go to a Fleetwood Discovery or Winnebago Journey for that $$ instead.
By far, the most bang/buck for a DP is in those Berkshires, and they do not at all feel or look "cheap". 2012 models have a lot of nice upgrades available (i.e., blackout shades, outside TV in the side of the rig, etc.). My only gripe is that I don't see a residential fridge option (although I heard one was rumored), and in the new floorplan (390fl)the sectional couch is way too small in my opinion. I'm being picky now, but just a thought.
Anyway, way too much info and opinion from me probably, but best of luck with your decision!

RE: 2012 Thor A.C.E.

I don't have the exact measurements, but I have been inside one and other than the queen bed in the back, ALL of the other sleeping areas are really, really small - for young kids or very small adults. I'm 5'6" and could fit on the drop down bed over the driver/passenger seats if I had nobody else up there with me, but no way I could sleep or fit on the jackknife couch or dinette.
The new floorplan (29.2) looks like it uses the same jack-knife couch and dinette, so no gains there either in sleeping length/width, although there might be enough floor space if you used a twin airbed in the aisle to fit a larger kid/adult. I've only seen that new floorplan online, so you'd have to see it in person to judge if that's actually feasible or not.
No measurements, but here's some more info on both units:
