We did buy a battery jump starter that you can plug a cigarett lighter jack into. Hope that will take care of any drainage from the buddy brake.
Any thoughts?

Honda CRVs battery problems
I think this has been posed before but I did a search and could not find anything on it.
We have a 2006 Honda CRV. We looked in the manual for instructions on which fuse to pull while you are towing. It didn't say anything about pulling a fuse while towing. we did read in the GoodSam magazine to pull a fuse while towing if you own a 2008 or newer.Does anyone here have a 2006 Honda CRV and if so do you have a problem with a dead battery after towing?

I have had the same problem from time to time. I can not get the receiver and the remote to work. I have found if I let it warm up the remote starts working.
I have had this problem for years and if I call Direct TV they can not help unless I can get to the set up menu.
