RE: Mildew smell in Air Conditioner

I have to clean the air conditioner on our 5th wheel maybe twice a year when ever it starts to smell. The plastic pan at the bottom of the cooling coil always has a build up of gunk as well as the condensation drain. I use a two foot long by 1/8 inch wooden stick and a piece of cloth to clean it with the EVAP FOAM NO RINSE made by NU-CALGON.
