Wow, your replies show me how valuable is RV.NET! Great information, just want to need. I think I will probably go with a roll up version, and I've not heard any negatives.

Pick up truck bed cover
Up until a year ago I always stored my truck with its FW hitch in my garage. Now I'm having to leave the truck outside, and the weather is really corroding my fifthwheel hitch rails. I am going to replace or sand blast and repaint the rails, but I've been thinking a truck bed cover might be a good idea to protect the hitch, rail and whatever else stays in the truck's bed.
I'm thinking something like THIS might be worth a try. Or maybe one THIS.. However, I have never used a cover or any kind on a truck. So I'm looking for info and suggestions. Are those covers waterproof? Can I just roll it up toward the cab when I'm pulling my FW? What other things ought I to consider?
