RE: microwave spikes voltage

Without a neutral on a 220 volt circuit you have, an inbalance depending on the load of each leg which looks like what the OP has. For a further explaniation, see Nadon & Gelmine, Industrial Electricity.

RE: microwave spikes voltage

It could be an open neutral or a loose neutral most likey in your main power panel but either way, it should be checked out as it could damage other equipment connected to your system. If you feel comfortable around electricity, disconnect from shore power, shut down your genertor, shut off all circuit breakers, remove the panel cover from the main power panel, check with a volt meter to make sure there is no electricity there and tighten all srews on the white wires as well as the wires on the circuit breakers.
Good luck. . .Robert

RE: RV Cover Recommendation

X-2 Don't waste your money. . .they wear out & tear with the wind, are hard to pull up & install plus you have a good chance of falling with all the trip hazzards on the roof

RE: Front Wheel Oil Leak

I had the same thing happen to me last year with only 7000 miles on the coach. . .I did the work myself and it was a messy job plus you need some hd tools. The seal, oil and half a dozen cans of brake cleaner plus a box of rags cost around $60 and I spent a lot of time cleaning things up but didn't need to change the shoes as they were in perfect condition but just oil soaked. My guess as one other member pointed out is that there would be a liability issue for a shop to clean the shoes but for me, the repair worked perfectly.
